2022 Draft Campaign

Concept:
I wanted to create a concept around one of the most important calls these players will receive.
This campaign was created around "The Call" and had phone elements throughout almost every piece of content. This campaign earned 21M impressions


Graphical elements:
Every graphic included phone elements from images of an actual phone, audio wave or the terms "calling." Each announcement graphic had phone images from different eras. We did a custom wallpaper (image on the right) the morning of the Draft to spark engagement. I worked with a freelance motion designer to create "our on the clock" and "the pick is in" graphics that we would use in real-time.

Draft Set In-stadium:
Once Ickey got to the stadium the next day, we had a set in our studio that was all themed around the call. Our photographer worked with Carolina Theatrical to create a set with monochrome phones that could be held. We also had a phone booth made where we did photos and videos.

Fan Envolvement:
To continue "The Call" theme, we had fans reply for a chance to win a call from Ickey when he was in the building.
